What does it do?

  • Gives the ability to scan material to a “pull location” and check that inventory is actually allocated to a job.

  1. Web App (Movement):
    1. Can access on any device with internet connection.
    2. Validates that a serial number is allocated to a job before pulling for production.
    3. Moves inventory instantly as material is moved throughout the warehouse.
  2. Verify (Material) Location:
    1. Automatically updates serial numbers not in the correct location.
    2. Export any report to Excel for tracking.
    3. Creates a list of issue slabs / pieces and allows you to problem solve.
  3. Adjustments Reports:
    1. Pull reports on inventory that was adjusted out of system over specific time periods.
    2. Make mass adjustments through an Excel spreadsheet instead of adjusting serial numbers one at a time.
  4. Print Serial Number Labels:
    1. Allows user to create an Excel list of serial numbers and print multiple labels at one time.
    2. Print labels by serial number, inventory location, or purchase order.
  5. Activity Material Report:
    1. Allows user to see what material is allocated to any given activity for a set time frame.
    2. See what material allocations are not complete which helps ensure accuracy of allocated items and inventory.
    3. Pull lists of sinks for field to help ensure accuracy.
